In the original Disneyland, Fantasyland is well-known for the symbol that people think when it comes to Disney-Cinderella's Castle. At the opening ceremonies, children sang in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Children's choir of Hong Kong was followed by other shows of the local tradition, as Chinese acrobats and dancers performing a lion dance. The ceremony was attended by local government officials, as well as representatives of Disneyland theme parks in other countries. The culture of Hong Kong is also reflected in the cuisine throughout the Park. Yes, guests can find food that is most often served in the West, but also local dishes that will enjoy it.
